Every VestaLinks page includes a floating AI chat assistant that answers

neighbourhoods, legal process, taxes, mortgages, costs, climate, and
specific properties. The assistant uses the same structured data listed
above (INE, Wikidata, AEMET, Catastro, Overpass, Consorcios, Junta de
Andalucía) together with live property listings. Sessions persist across
pages; guests get 5 free questions, logged-in users are unlimited.
