A new residential development of 60 homes is under construction in the town centre of Estepona, on the western Costa del Sol in the province of Málaga. The scheme comprises garden apartments, duplexes and penthouses with two to three bedrooms, built areas from 153 to 305 m² and asking prices ranging from €720,000 to €1,263,000. Completion is indicatively scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.
