A small-scale new development in El Limonar, one of east Málaga's established residential neighbourhoods, within walking distance of the beaches of El Palo and Las Acacias. Construction is under way, with completion indicatively expected in the fourth quarter of 2028. Prices of the remaining homes range from €1,790,000 to €2,700,000.
