A new-build residential complex of two-bedroom bungalows is under construction in Mil Palmeras, a small coastal district on the southern Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante. The homes measure 56 square metres and each has two bathrooms, a private terrace or solarium, and use of communal pools and landscaped gardens within a gated community. The sea lies roughly 600 metres away. Units are priced between €349,000 and €359,000 as fixed asking prices, with completion indicatively scheduled for the second quarter of 2028.
