Each home includes a terrace, a fitted kitchen with appliances, built-in wardrobes and pre-installed air conditioning. Delivery is indicatively planned for the fourth quarter of 2027. The town combines an 11-kilometre sandy coastline with a large pine forest at the mouth of the river Segura.
