Why Vestalinks is different

There are hundreds of websites where you can search for Spanish property. Most show you the same properties, with the same descriptions, from the same agents. We don't do that.

Vestalinks is not an aggregator. We are real estate agents who think like publishers.

We write everything ourselves

Every property on Vestalinks has its own page that we have built ourselves. Not copied from another site, not supplied by a third party, not automatically generated from an empty template.

Our content combines dozens of data sources that we integrate ourselves: current POI data of the immediate surroundings, water temperature and climate data per season, availability of EV charging points, schools, hospitals, economic data of the region, and local holidays. Information that you won't find anywhere else in a single overview.

This means that when you view a property on Vestalinks, you have found the only place on the internet where that specific combination of information is available.

Most property websites are commercially driven to get you excited. Every property is "unique", every view "breathtaking", every location "ideally situated". That doesn't help you as a buyer.

We believe that an informed buyer is a better buyer — for themselves and for us. That's why we also mention what's less appealing about a property or location. Summer traffic congestion. A neighbourhood still under development. A building with high community fees. If it's relevant, it's included.

Traditional property portals earn money by charging agents for listings or leads. This creates a structural conflict: the portal has an interest in certain properties receiving more visibility than others.

We work differently. Our revenue comes from the transaction, not from who pays the most for an advertising spot. This means the order in which we display properties is based on what is relevant to you — not on who pays us the most.
